Old everything!

I was not satisfied at all with this room. I heard from friends one side is old and one is new. I was put on the old side. Not sure why! Old big TV, no flat screen as described before I purchased. Old and raggedy door locks. Not hot water, only warm. I could have went to a motel 8 for cheaper and at least expect a little less. ...read more

Registration in different building than I stayed.

The Galt House is a great place to stay if you are in Downtown Louisville. It has nice, clean, all non-smoking (as of 1/1/10) rooms. The staff is extremely courteous!

The big staircase.

They offered us a upgrade after we were there for hours, why not when I checked in might of been different.

I wish my husband and I would of got the upgrade when we checked in. He has problems walking and we had a hard time getting to it because of construction work.
